Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. For guests 25 years of age or younger a credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
$50.00 Change or cancellation. 60 days outside of date of arrival, full refund.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
