1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The master features a king bed with a Tempurpedic mattress. There is an ensuite and a large walk in closet. The room has a separate entrance to the lanai and has unrestricted west views over Keauhou Bay. There is a HD 50" LCD TV with DirectTV and a DVD player. Cooling by ceiling fans. Bear in mind that this property is at about 500 feet, which is considerably cooler, and less humid, than waterside. Winds tend to move upslope during the day, cooler winds down slope at night.

Located in the Keauhou area. Will email interior photos to qualified renters. Not suitable for young children due to the potential danger of falls from the pool deck to the property below.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 250) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
No children are allowed under 8 years old.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
