Payments and Policies
Payment Details
All of the rent is required (60 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Travelers Cheques
Prefer payment in full by check to owner 60 days prior to arrival. Processing fee applies for credit cards or PayPal cancellation insurance available
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: Provided For 10.00 Weekly.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of upon request.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
