Has TV & VCR, reclining chair, ceiling fan, two separate bathrooms. Private sliding door with access to side yard. Space for futons/foamies (1-2 more persons).

Unit has private entrance, kitchenette (double sink, large refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker), bath/shower, basin and toilet. Has dining table for 4 persons, Cable TV with VCR, multi-region DVD, computer with DSL internet access and printer, fax, additional writing desk, telephone, 2 ceiling fans and air conditioner units are available. Master bed, living and dining rooms face the ocean (West) with an unobstructed panoramic 130 degree ocean view from the lanai. Second bedroom view is to the North (front yard) and the third bedroom faces South (side yard).

There is a separate dining room (289 sq ft) with seating for 8. High vaulted ceilings with fans in all rooms. The lanai is 434 square feet with tables/chairs for seating >25 people. The outdoor pool has a waterfall, and jacuzzi. The BBQ area has separate charcoal (1) & gas units (2). There is a basketball hoop (ask greeters for the ball) in the car port area. This property has an electric gate with full security alarm. The property is on a 19,000 sq ft lot and has trees and greenery separating the nearest 3 neighbors' property to the east and the south. To the west (ocean direction) and north, the property sits on top of a thirty foot high wall and overlooks the properties far below (no neighbors) and Lako street to the north. Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. You will receive a 50% credit on a future booking if you cancel 45 or more days prior.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash Personal checks, money orders, wires, direct bank deposits must be covered by a credit card until payment is received and transaction clears. No actual charges will be billed to any credit card as long as there is no problem with the (non-credit card) payment. Cancelation: Cancelation terms depend upon booking season and discounts untilized - please consult owner for specific details. If a replacement booking is found for the same (or more) days, all monies will be returned less a 5% cancellation charge. • No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 6 years old stay free. A High Chair can be provided. • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $60/hr. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of actual cleaning company invoice may be provided. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
