This studio unit may only be rented separately/standalone if either one of the following two conditions exist:

OR (2) Main House is not yet rented and the potential studio unit renter will be making a booking within 30 days before the intended check-in. 1 Double Bed (sleeps 2), 1 Single Bed (sleeps 1), 1 Single Trundle Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Single Pull Out (sleeps 1). This unit (690 sq ft) is separated from the main house. Unit has private entrance, kitchenette with double sink, and 2 ceiling fans.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

The outdoor pool has a waterfall, and jacuzzi. The BBQ area has separate charcoal (1) & gas units (2). There is a basketball hoop (ask greeters for the ball) in the carport area. This property has an electric gate with full security alarm. The property is on a 19,000 sq ft lot and has trees and greenery separating the nearest 3 neighbors' property to the east and the south. To the west (ocean direction) and north, the property sits on top of a thirty foot high wall and overlooks the properties far below (no neighbors) and Lako street to the north.

Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. You will receive a 50% credit on a future booking if you cancel 45 or more days prior.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash Personal checks, money orders, wires, direct bank deposits must be covered by a credit card until payment is received and transaction clears. No actual charges will be billed to any credit card as long as there is no problem with the (non-credit card) payment. Cancellation: Cancellation terms depend upon booking season and discounts utilized. If a replacement booking is found for the same (or more) days, all monies will be returned less a 5% cancellation charge. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 6 years old stay free. A High Chair can be provided. • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $60/hr. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of based on actual cleaning invoice may be provided. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
