View

The unit is directly ocean front. The kitchen/dining/living area has unobstructed views of ocean from all windows. The two bedrooms also have substantial ocean views from the windows. The unit faces west, affording both moon sets and sunsets over the ocean. The ocean breaks on a lava shelf in front of the unit, which provides lovely ocean sounds and views of the waves.

More Information

The lanai deck is very spacious and contains a dining table and chairs. The lanai provides a gorgeous ocean front view and sounds of the ocean. The condo is luxurious and beautifully furnished.

Distances

• Condo location is approximately 11 miles south of the Kona International Airport.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The 36 hole, Kona Country Club is public, and is immediately adjacent to the Kanaloa condo complex.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). The unit is in a residential area. There is an excellent restaurant onsite, Edward's, and the Keauhou shopping center, grocery, and theaters are a short 10 minute drive. The city of Kailua Kona is a 20 minute drive.
• There is a walking path along the ocean front at the condo complex. The nearest beach is 1 mile north of the condo and is excellent for swimming and snorkeling.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
credit card payments by Paypal will be accepted.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
