The island's best snorkeling beach, Kahaluu Beach Park, is an 8 minute stroll from our front door. Movie theaters, fabulous restaurants, a shopping center, and much more are only moments away. For the golfer, 2 of our favorite courses at the Kona Country Club are only steps away. An exciting adventure awaits you at Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, a 90 mile drive from our home.

Our condominium is a ground-floor end unit with a 400 square foot, wraparound, tiled lanai which offers a lush tropical garden setting, a view of the golf course, patio dining tables, and a hammock to lounge on.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
300 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Discover Card
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
