• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The Kona Country Club golf course has 2 championship courses; the Ocean Course and the Mountain Course. There is a pro shop, driving range, restaurant and lounge. This golf club is approximately 6 miles from the Kailua Bay complex. The Big Island Country Club has a challenging Pete Dye course and is located approximately a 20 minute drive from Kona.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). The unit is located approximately one mile from the town of Kailua, with endless shops and restaurants.
• Public access beaches are throughout the Kailua-Kona area. The nearest beach is a small sand beach near Kailua Pier; it is the start of the annual Ironman Triathalon. It is a five minute drive south to Kahalu'u Beach Park; a great snorkeling beach (you can rent snorkeling equipment right on the beach). Green sea turtles can sometimes be seen resting on the sand at dusk. A large sandy beach can be found at Hapuna State Park, a 50 minute drive north on Hwy 19. It is almost 700 yards long. During good weather the swimming is good and life guards are on duty.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

All reservations subject to a 20% (twenty percent) cancellation fee
