• Wonderful snorkling beaches nearby. Tide pools out back, as well as endangered sea turtles living on the property. White Sands beach is nearby (a.k.a Magic Sands...as every year around March and April, the sands are stripped away by heavy seas and currents, exposing rough coral and making the area rugged for swimming. People still come here during those months because it is a good vantage point for observing migrating humpback whales). A large sandy beach can be found at Hapuna State Park, a 55 minute drive north on Hwy 19. It is almost 700 yards long. During good weather the swimming is good and life guards are on duty.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

All reservations subject to a 20% (twenty percent) cancellation fee
