Our home is located directly on beautiful Kailua beach. Large wrap around sliding doors afford a truly breathtaking view of the beach and ocean.
The house has an open, airy, and organic design that draws you to the outdoors. With a yard large enough for any outdoor game and the beach and ocean directly in front of the house you will undoubtedly find yourself spending more time outdoors than in. A solar water heater and eco-friendly bamboo floor make the home environmentally friendly.

Everything for your beach vacation is provided with the house from towels to beach toys.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
