Special Conditions

Owner charges cleaning twice/month at $80 each, total $160/month. A weekly change of towels and sheets is free if required. The washer and dryer is also available for people staying that long.

1 Double Futon Bed (sleeps 2). Futon bed functions as sofa, there are side tables, coffee table, TV/DVD, radio with CD, a writing table, a wooden trunk for bedding, books.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

The view from the unit is the garden with hedges, fruit trees and flowers.

More Information

Outside, covered lanai in backgarden with table, four chairs. Washer and Dryer in the house. Owner will pick up guests from the airport if no arrangement for rental car has been made. The fridge will be filled with breads, butter, jams, juices, eggs. There is a fruitbasket. The unit has ceiling fans, upright fans and a solar-powered fan in the bedroom.

Easy access to the beach - five minutes walk. Excellent swimming conditions, boat renting, windsurfing, kayak renting nearby. The dock is at Kailua beach park, three miles from property.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
