Fine furnishings, including Koa wood cabinets, marble baths, hardwood floors, crown moldings, and antique fixtures. From the upstairs lanai there is a gorgeous ocean view through the waving coconut fronds. The lower lanai hosts an intimate tropical setting. Fragrant trade winds keep the home cool year round. Situated on an acre of land, the lawn is large enough to practice your putting, play Croquet, set up a volley ball net, or just enjoy the open space. The property is tropically landscaped with beautiful plumeria trees, red hibiscus bushes, orchids, and of course, a coconut grove.

Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The nearest golf course is just a short drive away.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are multiple places to shop and dine near the property.
Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Kailua Beach which is voted the best beach in Hawaii is located just 30 yards from the property. There is sand right off the yard.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
