    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. It is 55 steps to the sand. We have beach chairs, towels, coolers, floats, all you need to enjoy it.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
    This property is available for a monthly rental of 30 days!
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 250.00/pet will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
    • No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
