This cabin has limited electricity as it is solar powered. 800watt inverter. The water is from the lake that is pumped up by a gas water pump to a 100 gallon holding tank. Heat is from an airtight wood insert into fireplace. Outside fire pit, concrete deck, and large patio table. This cabin is in the center of an outdoor family's dream! You can enjoy boating, water-skiing, fishing, hiking, rock climbing, mountain biking, bird watching, or suntan on the large dock. The subdivision borders on Kalamalka Provincial Park and an Ecological reserve. Privacy and beauty is at its best here. The property is not available during July and August as the owner uses it with his family.

• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Silver Star All Season Resort is less than 1 hour.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The city of Vernon is 1/2 hour drive. The General Store on the lake shore is a 10 minute (at 20 mph) boat ride.
• The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. You cannot get closer to Kalamalka Lake -"Lake of Many Colours". Front door is 20' from lakes edge. Private Waterfront. This cabin is situated in Cosens Bay, Kalamalka Lake, noted as one of the top 10 most beautiful lakes in the world by National Geographic and often referred to as The Lake of a Thousand Colours. There is a rowboat available. A swimdock at end of main dock and also an offshore swim dock with a diving board and slide. Beach Equipment: Row Boat.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
