You can walk few hundred feet to Black Sand Beach from the house, directions are provided at the Unit Information Book. Baths - Your Private HOT SPA for 7 persons, while looking at the Ocean and Lava Steam. From the Lanai you have a great Ocean View, Steam from Lava flowing in the Ocean and at night time actual Lava Flow or Glow from your master bedroom based on lava flow direction, a lot closer view if use binoculars. You drive about two and a half miles from the property and with about one half hour hike you will be actually experiencing the Lava Flow within feet.

Bed Arrangements: Upper Level Ocean Views: Master Bedroom, King Size and the other 2 bedrooms have queen beds. Lower Level: Two bedrooms have 2 queens and kitchenette and 2nd Laundry Room. Sleeps 10 With multi-level lanai's overlooking the ocean, this brand new Kalapana Coast home includes 5 bedrooms on two levels configured with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the upper level and 2 bedrooms with 1 bath on the lower level There are two kitchens & two laundries, one on each level, so this Hawaiian vacation home is perfect for 2 families traveling together. The ocean view home sleeps 10 all in beds and the bedrooms feature fine, new Sealy Posturepedic beds. A crib can also be made available upon request

Twenty minute drive to Kapoho is truly is a swimmer's paradise. We have four vacation rentals in Kapoho gated community (20 minute drive from the property) and by calling us prior to coming here we will let you through the gate.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express
Cancellation Policy: Please Read Our Policy Carefully... If you cancel more than 60 days ahead, we will refund your deposit less 20% handling fee. No changes allowed WITHIN 60 DAYS of your ARRIVAL (ie: can't change the number of guests charged, etc.) If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, we will refund your balance only if the unit can be re-booked less 20% handling fee. We encourage you to purchase trip insurance as unforeseen events beyond your or our control can affect travel plans prior to or after your arrival. *Contact us for exact rates. Rates plus 12.42% Hawaii tax with a credit card on file or $300 refundable damage deposit. Cleaning charges are $125 for up to 6 guests and $150 for more.

• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).

• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
