    • The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock. The dock is private. There is room for 2 boats. The house is located on .25 acres lakefront on Twin Lakes which is ~20 mins south of Penticton. Private beach (approx 60 ft) with private dock on Twin Lakes. This lake allows boats with electric motors (no power boats) which is provided with your rental (lifejackets also provided). There is a fire pit on the beach and wood is provided.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card - Diners Club
    All payments are forfeited if the unit is not re-rented.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $50 + $10/pet/day (Max of $300) will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
