This detached stone-built property is a charming two-bedroom villa offering completely unobscured views of Kalkan village and marina. The villa has its own pool, is air conditioned in the living area, kitchen-diner, and both bedrooms and can accommodate 4-6 guests. Inlaid travertine marble flooring has been laid throughout and the villa has been furnished with handcrafted wrought iron furniture. The villa is a 10 minute walk (downhill) to Kalkan village (a few minutes more to the marina). Kalkan is close to several places of local and historical interest.

    • Dalaman airport is a 1.5 - 2 hour drive from Kalkan. Antalya airport is a 3 hour drive from Kalkan.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are numerous excellent restaurants in the village (some with roof-top terraces) and 3 or 4 supermarkets.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. There is a dock. The beach is in Kalkan itself and is an approximate 15 minute walk from the Villa - there is also Patara Beach (20 kms of golden sand) a 20 minute drive away from Kalkan, as well as Kaputas Beach (shingly and at the foot of a ravine) a 15 minute drive away. The resort also has numerous 'beach clubs'. These are man-made swimming platforms with direct access to the sea, restaurant facilities, sunbeds & parasols. and water sports.

    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required.
