Contemporary, spacious, and stylish villa with pool overlooking Kalkan Bay.
This is a new four-bedroom villa with a large pool which is situated within a small hillside development of just three villas. The villa has stunning views over both Kalkan and Kalamar Bays and is set over three floors (the top floor is dedicated to one large bedroom suite with its own en-suite shower room and large roof terrace). The villa is larger than average and has been stylishly furnished. Inlaid travertine marble flooring has been laid throughout. The villa is fully air conditioned and will comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. The walk into town will take around 15 minutes (downhill).

    • Dalaman airport is a 1.5 - 2 hour drive from Kalkan. Antalya airport is a 3 hour drive from Kalkan.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are numerous excellent restaurants in the village (some with roof-top terraces) and 3 or 4 supermarkets.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. There is a dock. The beach is in Kalkan itself and is an approximate 15 minute walk from the Villa - there is also Patara Beach (20 kms of golden sand) a 20 minute drive away from Kalkan, as well as Kaputas Beach (shingly and at the foot of a ravine) a 15 minute drive away. The resort also has numerous 'beach clubs'. These are man-made swimming platforms with direct access to the sea, restaurant facilities, sunbeds & parasols, and water sports.

    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay.
