1 King Bed (sleeps 2). This bedroom occupies the whole of the second floor - bed with mosquito net, bedside table, wardrobe with shelving and drawers beneath, dressing table with mirror & stool, hairdryer, en-suite shower room, doors to roof terrace.
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). This bedroom is on the first floor - four poster bed, bedside tables, wardrobe with drawers beneath, dressing table with mirror and stool, en-suite shower room, door to veranda/balcony.
2 Single/Twin Beds (sleeps 2). This bedroom is on the first floor - Large twin room, two mosquito nets, bedside tables, wardrobe with drawers beneath, dressing table with mirror, en-suite shower room, doors to veranda/balcony.
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). This bedroom is on the ground floor - bed with mosquito net, bedside tables, wardrobe with drawers beneath, dressing table with mirror, hairdryer, door to pool terrace area. There is a shower room adjacent to this bedroom.
2 Single Couches (sleeps 2). Two additional single beds can be added to the bedroom with 2 single beds to accommodate the 9th and 10th guests if applicable. Alternatively, the 9th and 10th guests can be accommodated in this living area of the villa.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 4 has toilet, shower and one basin.
The villa has stunning views over the sea, marina and Kalkan village.
There is also a dining table and chairs outdoors as well as sunbeds, parasols, deckchairs, and a hammock on the terrace areas.
• Dalaman airport is a 1.5 - 2 hour drive from Kalkan. Antalya airport is a 3 hour drive from Kalkan.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are numerous excellent restaurants in the village (some with roof-top terraces) and 3 or 4 supermarkets.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. There is a dock. The beach is in Kalkan itself and is an approximate 15 minute walk from the Villa - there is also Patara Beach (20 kms of golden sand) a 20 minute drive away from Kalkan, as well as Kaputas Beach (shingly and at the foot of a ravine) a 15 minute drive away. The resort also has numerous 'beach clubs'. These are man-made swimming platforms with direct access to the sea, restaurant facilities, sunbeds & parasols, and water sports.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required.
