1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Bedroom with bedside cabinets, wardrobe, shelving, dressing table with mirror and stool, door to veranda/balcony. Bath/shower room adjacent.
2 Single Couches (sleeps 2). Living area for the 5th and 6th guests if applicable - alternatively, additional single beds can be added to either bedroom to accommodate the 5th & 6th guests is preferred.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Owing to the villa's elevated position, it offers panoramic sea, mountain, and village views.
Please Note: The villa is accessed by a number of descending steps - this may present problems for small children or people with walking difficulties.
• Dalaman Airport is a 1.5 - 2 hour drive away. Antalya Airport is a 3 hour drive away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The centre of Kalkan and the marina has numerous excellent restaurants. They are a 5-7 minute drive away from the villa.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. There is a dock. This beach is in Kalkan itself and is a 5-7 minute drive from the property. Patara Beach (a 20 km stretch of golden sand) is a 20 minute drive away from Kalkan, and Kaputas Beach (a dramatic shingly beach situated at the foot of a ravine) is an approximate 15 minute drive away from Kalkan. In addition, there are numerous 'Beach Clubs' in the area. These are man-made swimming platforms with direct access to the sea, sunbeds, parasols, restaurant facilities, and water sports.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required.
