The pool and villa have delightful views of Kalkan and Kalamar Bay and from all aspects of the villa there are mountain views.
• Dalaman Airport is a 1 and a half hour scenic drive from Kalkan and the Antalya airport is 2 and a half hour drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are many delightful restaurants and shops in Kalkan, you will also find several supermarkets within easy walking distance and delivery of groceries can also be arranged from these.
• Beach surface is large pebbles. Within a 20 minute drive is the beautiful sandy beach of Patara and in the opposite direction a ten minute drive is the sheltered bay and beach of Kaputas. The Village beach is pebble, dotted around the bay are several beach clubs with private concrete bathing facilities.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
