• Dalaman Airport is within a 90 minute(s) drive. You can also go to Antalya airport (180 minutes)
• Transit: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. There is a free boat from Kalkan Beach Park (next to the villa) going to the centre af Kalkan and the transit, it takes about 15 minutes.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). If you want to shop, you have to take the boat to the centre of Kalkan (15 minutes)
• Ocean is located within a 3 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. There is a dock and boat lift. The dock is public. There is room for 10 boats. Beach Equipment: Canoe, Powerboat, Row Boat, Sailboat and Water Trampoline.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 10 GBP.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
