Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) Either a refundable security/damage deposit of 200 or a 35 processing fee is required. You will receive a 50% credit on a future booking if you cancel 45 or more days prior.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit
If you have a specific situation, we may flexible about the booking conditions.

Policies

Smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 25.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
