Patara today offers one of the best sand beaches of Europe for about 14 km.
20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) Either a refundable security/damage deposit of 200 or a 35 processing fee is required. You will receive a 50% credit on a future booking if you cancel 45 or more days prior.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 25.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
