• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. At Kamala Beach you can jet ski, para sail, water ski and rent a boat for excursions. It is not recommended to swim in the ocean from the beginning of August until the middle of October. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
• Nearby Attractions: Fantasea, the best show in South East Asia is just a couple of minutes walk away. Patong Beach is located a 15 minute drive away for those who like an exciting nightlife.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
