My stay in Kihei, on the island of Maui, was made even more enjoyable by this lovely, well-appointed vacation property in the Kamaole Sands resort.
Serviced by the nearby elevator, this second story unit has a marvelous view of the Kamaole Sands water features and fountains, while the popular ocean beach is only a two minute walk away.
It was easy to see that these owners must love their home in Maui, as the condo is very tastefully decorated in a Hawaiian motif; with excellent appliances, washer, dryer and every imaginable kitchen tool, including the best microwave unit I have every used.
The bedroom featured an en-suite bath and the king size bed was deliciously comfortable. Extra company could have enjoyed the fold-down Murphy bed in the living room.
All of our meals were enjoyed on the lanai. It has a great view (as you can see as I pose on the railing there) and the pleasant sound of the fountains made our meals even more enjoyable. The fountains are lit for part of the evening, with changing colors.
The high speed internet access in the living room is located next to the generous sized flat-panel television set.
I can highly recommend this property and hope that I can return to Kihei and the Kamaole Sands resort in the very near future!
