There are generous setbacks on both sides and a gated entry. A private pool with waterfall and scenic backyard lagoon invite you to come and stay. 4 generously-sized bedrooms; two with their own private baths, provide ample space for guests. The master bedroom is located entirely upstairs. Convenient access to the town of Kailua is 10 minutes away; Honolulu approximately 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Other areas of the island are conveniently accessed by the freeway entrance located just up the street. Weddings and large gatherings up to 50 people are possible with additional arrangements.
