Common areas are the washer/dryer, barbeque, outdoor bar and seating area with swimming pool. Located on the ocean. Ceiling fans, hot and cold showers. The owners live upstairs. Completely separate, private unit. The unit has ceiling fans. Hosts also speak German.

Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
I accept Paypal bank payments. However, I do not accept Paypal credit card payments.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
