New outside shower with hot water is great. The State of Hawaii and the County of Kauai have just finished the new $15 million dollar Walk and Bike path that hugs the coast of Kapaa for over 10 miles all the way to Anahola Bay. It is the very best in the state of Hawaii and it all starts right in the front of your house with a 30 second walk to the new bridge and bathrooms. Bike rentals available very close by. Free beginner Surfboards are available. We can help you book surfing lessons with the best Surfing School.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 0.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 10 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $195.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
