    Payment Details
    300 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card
    Cancellation: If you cancel from the time of booking to 30 days prior to arrival: $100 fee. If cancellation is received 29-15 days prior to arrival: $250 fee. If cancellation is received 14-0 days prior to arrival: 4 nights rent.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
