50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

If you cancel more than 60 days ahead, we will refund your deposit less 20% handling fee. No changes allowed WITHIN 60 DAYS of your ARRIVAL (ie: can't change the number of guests charged, etc.)
If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, we will refund your balance only if the unit can be re-booked less 20% handling fee.
We encourage you to purchase trip insurance as unforeseen events beyond your or our control can affect travel plans prior to or after your arrival.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 1 years old stay free.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
