This Hawaiian style hale lies at the end of the road with a private easement to Kapoho Bay. Watch ocean waves from the 40 foot deck. Enjoy a comfortable, laid back atmosphere. Our beach house is fully furnished with everything you will need to make your Hawaiian vacation enjoyable. 2 futon sofas in the living room will hold up to 4 children, or 2 adults. Kapoho Beach Lots is a gated community which is situated on Champagne Pond, a natural thermally heated fresh/seawater pond on the ocean where the sea turtles come to rest.

    We also provide a limited amount of snorkel gear and swim fins, a boogie board, beach balls and 2 Cruiser bicycles, plus a children's bike. There are board games and cards to play when you tire of swimming, hiking, biking, snorkeling, surfing, etc. We have some Hawaiian music CD's for your listening pleasure.

    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). The quaint, colorful old town of Pahoa is about 10 miles away. It offers several very good restaurants - Mexican, Italian, Thai, Filipino and great American food. There are also several smaller grocery stores including a natural food store in Pahoa.
    • Ocean is located within a 2 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is rocky. The beach house has a private easement with a grassy area at the edge of the bay where you can watch the waves. All of the beaches here are either lava rock or black sand beaches. Isaac Hale Park and Pohoiki Bay are about 5 miles away, where you can fish, surf, boogie board or swim in the warm waters. Champagne Pond is about 15 minute walk or 5 minute bicycle ride away. The marine tide pools are only about 5 minute drive.
    • Nearby Attractions: Volcanoes National Park is about 30 miles from the beach house. Hilo is also about 35 miles. Lava Tree Park is about 5 miles. Waterfalls abound on the east side of the island, from about 35 miles.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    A refundable damage/key and gate remote deposit of $200.00 is payable. For each car entering, a gate remote is needed. Extra key and gate remote deposit $125.00.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 25.00.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
