Perfect Getaway

This is a newly constructed 1 bedroom master suite with private entrance and private patio. Decorated in a light beachy comfortable theme and just 100 steps to the water on our private easement. Listen to the sound of the waves at night. Garden setting with palms, plumeria, hibiscus, bougainvillea, banana, papaya and more. This is a perfect getaway for a couple or a couple and 1 child. Great place to stay for a few days when visiting Volcanoes Park and the east side of the island. Swim with the sea turtles in warm, thermally heated Champagne Pond.

• Hilo International (ITO) Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. Depending on traffic, the drive is 30-45 minutes.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). There are 3 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). Quaint, colorful Pahoa town is about 12 miles. There are several very good restaurants including Mexican, Thai, Italian, Filipino and American. Also several smaller grocery stores and a natural food store. Don't miss the famous Farmer's Market on the way to Keaau on Sundays.
• Ocean is located within a 2 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is rocky. Private easement with grassy area for water viewing just about 100 steps away. Swim, snorkel, fish, kayak here. Or bicycle to Champagne Pond to float with the sea turtles. Isaac Hale Park and Pohoiki Bay are about 5 miles - surfing, boogie boarding, swimming, with new facilities.
• Nearby Attractions: Volcanoes National Park about 30 miles. Hilo also about 30 miles. Lava Tree Park about 8 miles. Many waterfalls on this side of island - about 30 minutes - 1 hour drive. Beautiful rural scenery and country roads - no high rises here! Black nights and thousands of stars. Watch the lava flows when available. Orchid farms and botanical gardens close by.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). . If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: Fee $25.00.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
