- Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Nearest shopping is 1.5 Km away, about a 20 minute brisk walk, however, it is up a steep slope and then down the slope, therefore a car is recommended.
- Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. Your secluded beach is less than 15 meters from your villa - the minimal amount required by law, you couldn't be any closer. Excellent snorkelling in crystal clear water.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
