1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). Elegant room with modern decoration. Two single beds can be put together as a king.
1 King or 2 Singles Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Living room with a sofa and hide-a-bed, suitable for two children or two adults. Modern decoration, according to Ionian Islands style. In the same room there is a kitchen and dining corner.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has shower, hair dryer and one basin.
The villa is on the seaside, so the view is astonishing, with the most beautiful sunset.
• Kefalonia Airport is within a 5 minute(s) drive. Just follow the road outside the villa to the right, as it goes parallel to the airport gate.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 2 minute(s). In 500 meters from the villa there are restaurants and bars, a mini market and gift shop.
• Beach is located within a 2 minute(s) drive.
• Nearby Attractions: Lassi resort for dining and shopping 10 minute drive. Argostoli town 15 minutes drive. St. Gerasimos monastery 20 minutes drive. St George castle 15 minutes drive.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 100 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 150.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
