1 King or 2 Singles Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Couch (sleeps 1). Living room with a sofa and hide-a-bed, suitable for two children or two adults. Modern decoration, according to Ionian Islands style. In the same room there is a kitchen and dining corner.

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Elegant bedroom with romantic decoration, specially for honeymooners, french-style bed with curtains ceiling.

Set on a singular location on one of the most alluring destinations of the Mediterranean the hotel is your gateway to the charm of Kefalonia Island. Located at Svoronata, just 150m from Ammes beach, close to Argostoli, about 9 km, and the airport, about 2 km, it is the ideal location for excursions and sightseeing tours around the island. Stretched out over a surface of 20.000 m 2 , amidst the charming nature of the Ionian mountains, were built the main building and the village pertaining to it. The superb design of the spacious Main Building is inspired by the Ionian architecture, incorporating neoclassic elements.

• Kefalonia Airport is within a 5 minute(s) drive. Just follow the road outside the villa to the right, as it goes parallel to the airport gate.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There is a restaurant, bar & mini market in the hotel, but also more 10 min walking at Svoronata village.
• Beach is located within a 5 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Ammes beach, 5 min walking, with golden sand, clear blue water, magnificent setting, parrasols & umbrellas with a charge, beach-bar.
• Nearby Attractions: Lassi resort for dining and shopping 10 minute drive. Argostoli town 15 minutes drive. St. Gerasimos monastery 20 minutes drive. St George castle 15 minutes drive.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card
Any cancellation made within: 14 to 30 days results in a charge of 30% of the cost of the stay 7 to 14 days results in a charge of 50% of the cost of the stay 1 to 6 days results in a charge of 100% of the cost of the stay No show, or departure prior to the scheduled date, results in a charge of 100% of the cost of the stay. Check in time is 1:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. For your reservations you are required to prepay 30% of the total cost of the stay. You can do that: 1. By Credit card charge 0r 2. By a bank deposit.

Policies

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
