• Kefalonia Airport is within a 15 minute(s) drive. The Kefalonia Airport is 6 kilometers away from the villa. Optional airport transfer $25 each way. This must be arranged ahead of time.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are a number of local tavernas within walking distance of the villa. The city of Argostoli is 9 kilometers from the premises.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a moorage float/anchor. The villa has a private entrance to the beach. Ai Heli Beach offers the following: Lounge Chairs and Umbrellas for rent/Snack Bar/Beach Volley Ball Court/Fresh Water Shower. Water sport rentals offered: water ski lessons, float rides, paddle boats, kyaks.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
All rates are in Euro (€), per room and per day. A 2% charge will be added to all payments made by credit card. Please note: Extra charge for foreign currency bank transfers A credit card is required at check in as a security deposit. Guest is responsible for all damages to the villa.

Policies

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 15 euros.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 15 euros per day will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of €35 additional day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
