Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
All rates are in Euro (€), per room and per day. A 2% charge will be added to all payments made by credit card. Please note: Extra charge for foreign currency bank transfers A credit card is required at check in as a security deposit. Guest is responsible for all damages to the villa.

Policies

Smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 15 euros.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 15 euros per day will apply.
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
