DOWNTOWN West Kelowna - Beaches/ Restaurants/ Pool/LOCATION LOCATION Great location-in the heart of it all! You can sleep in quiet as we are the only unit in the complex, there is no one above you. An easy stroll to restaurants/pubs/pool/movies theatre, etc. Only a 2 minute drive to golfing and great beaches. The beaches are awesome - you can walk, which would be about 15 minutes, or drive there within 2 minutes.A comfortable and clean family unit with 2 separate bedrooms. Far more economical than any hotel in the area yet way more space and great savings and convenience as you have a kitchen for your meals! |

2 Single/Twin Beds. Linens supplied. Twin beds can be converted to King bed--linen supplied.

Living Room
1 Single Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Twin Air Mattress (sleeps 1). This is a couch but can be used for one person.
There is an auto inflate double high twin bed as well for a 6th person if necessary.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

Payment Details
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security deposit. If you cancel 15 days prior to arrival, all but one night's rent will be refunded.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
