Guests may arrive on any day of the week.
Pets, including horses are welcome. Cottage guests have access to barn and riding paddocks. Additional fee for Horses $20 per day. Guests are responsible for any damages, not considered to be reasonable wear and tear, to home and property. Charges will be applied to client credit card.

1 Single Cot (sleeps 1). A cot can be provided if required for the second floor loft. Note: There is only one loft. This cot could be used anywhere in the house.
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Located on the main is a nice sized Master Bedroom which is very comfortable.
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). On the second floor, a very cozy and comfortable bedroom of a nice size with a walk in closet.
1 Single Couch (sleeps 1). Main floor living room area has a full size sofa that can sleep one if required. Guests will need a sleeping bag for this purpose.
1 Single Bed (sleeps 1). Second floor loft has a single bed that sleeps one. A cot can be provided for a second person.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub and one basin.
Unit has incredible mountain views, as the unit is nestled between two mountains. From the second floor bedroom, there is a partial view of Okanagan Lake.
Imagine a cozy evening curling up around the fireplace with your loved ones with incredible mountain views where you can snowmobile or quad from your front door on ten acres of treed, flat and hilled land. Farm fresh eggs are included with occupancy. Guests may bring sleeping bags and foam to accommodate more people.

10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• 4 or more Dogs and/or Cats are allowed. A deposit of $200 will apply. A fee of $10/day each will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
