• The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is rocky. There is a moorage float/anchor. There is room for 1 boats. Private buoy free of charge in front of the cottage. Our little beach at the cottage is quite rocky (as most of Okanagan lakeshore), however most of my guests enjoy swimming and sun tanning at the cottage. There are two Provincial Parks with sandy beaches about 10 minute drive each way (towards Kelowna and Vernon). Beach Equipment: Row Boat.
• Nearby Attractions: Winter skiing, water sports, world-class golf courses, wineries ( over 65 in the Okanagan Valley ), orchards, boat rentals, horseback riding, hiking trails and much more await you!

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
