Special Conditions
10% booking fee is in addition to above rates. Pets less than 50 lbs only please. Fee is $100 or $100/mo for stays longer than 1 month. Security deposit of 1/2 one month charge is required for stays longer than 1 month, and will be returned after check out. This unit has beds for 4 guests. There is space for an airbed but an extra person charge of $25/person/night will apply. Stays 3 days or more qualify for special weekly rate, and stays 2 weeks or more quality for special monthly rate.

1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Well appointed room provides the option of a second bedroom, sitting room or den. Very good quality sofa bed makes for a very comfortable and cozy second sleeping area. Luxury linens, closet, dressing mirror and armoire with second TV and DVD player.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
