    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
    **For bookings less than $300, require payment in full at time of booking.**

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size. A fee of $ 100 will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
