Due to regulations pertaining bed and breakfast accommodations in B.C. our guests are not allowed to prepare dinner. To that end the suite does not offer that option.

Living Room

1 Double Futon Bed (sleeps 2). The living room features a futon, which can sleep 2 people if need be.

Master Bedroom

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Master bedroom, window with a view, features a king size bed and a closet. The phone is also located inside the master bedroom

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and no basins.

View

Great view of Lake Okanagan, by night great view of the city with all its lights. Also mountain view.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
If you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival, there will be no refund.

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $25.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
