Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $10 additional per night will apply.
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $25 per day.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
Pool heat is included in rates.
