Payments and Policies
Payment Details
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required prior to 30 day from booking. The remaining 70% is required by 30 days from arrival. Payment in full is required if your booking is within 30 days. There will be no refund on any monies recieved within this payment policy. All cancellations must be made 30 days in advance.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
