This New condo is located on the golf course in Westbank or West Kelowna, just 10 minutes to Downtown Kelowna. West Kelowna is the fastest growing city in the Okanagan. Almost all the major stores are new and more bigger stores such as Wal-Mart, London Drug, The KEG, Superstore Foods and Fashion Outlet are being built.
We are located just off the main highway next to the Home Depot and only two minutes to Lake Okanagan. There are many wineries nearby such as Mission Hill Winery, Canada's largest winery. Many of B.C.'s and Canada's Top Golf courses are also close by.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 7 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 95.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
