Enjoy a wonderful vacation with your family or your friends. Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the Shannon Lake Golf Course, the Okanagan Lake, and various wineries. If you are travelling with children, we are within walking distance of two playgrounds, a beach volley-ball net, a tennis court, and Shannon Lake. We are also just a quick drive to a number of gorgeous beaches, award-winning wineries, and numerous shops. Whether you want to shop, play golf, have fun, lay on the beach, or enjoy a BBQ on our huge deck, this is the perfect vacation for you!

    We overlook a gorgeous mountain range in the front of our house. Behind our house we look up a mountainside. It is a very peaceful and relaxing setting.

    A $150 cleaning deposit is required. This deposit will be returned if the unit is left in the condition in which it was found upon arrival.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    The final payment time is negotiable, but the latest is upon arrival.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
