Bed Summary
Master Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Brand new single pocket coil with extra lumbar support encased in a Queen size bed with parchment color headboard. The 18' long room has a double closet, large armoire, tall and wide windows that allows in the natural light. There is a ceiling fan, two ceiling lights, with attractive art on the walls.
Bedroom
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Sand Dune double bed with single pocket coil with extra lumbar support mattress, with matching floor to ceiling bookshelves and cabinetry on either side of the bed, double closet, natural light in a tranquil room. All rooms have luxurious bedding and attractive art work.
Living Room
1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Sleep in a comfortable, new overstuffed sofa bed especially made for you, in front of the fireplace, in a pleasing room with character large windows on a quiet street. Built in floor to ceiling cabinetry on either side of the fireplace provides you with a large library of books as well as a CD and DVD library provided for your enjoyment. A large, attractive coffee table with deep drawers that open either end house all your bedding. Attractive art hangs on the wall and the Hunter ceiling fan with four lights provides you with cool illumination. THERE IS ALSO an option for a custom made double mattress that fits behind the couch if you wish to keep the living room intact. The option is your's to choose and advise.

You are right in the center of it all.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $45.00 daily.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
