This is a great family suite featuring a large loft with its own bathroom. The unit has 24ft. high ceilings and huge windows making for a bright & cheery unit. This unit is tastefully decorated in neutral tones that provides for a relaxing holiday or business getaway. The suite has TVs in all rooms and quality beds. There is a large sundeck with a gas barbecue so you can relax & enjoy a warm Okanagan day or evening.The suite is outfitted with everything you will need while staying in our suite. The unit is well located in the resort making for convenient access to all the Resort Amenities

The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs and exercise room.

The bus is about a 3 minute walk from the property.

The unit is right downtown close to everything. Next door to casinos, dining, shopping, and theatres.
Attractions
There is lots to see all around us as The Resort is located right downtown in the heart of the cultural district.
Golf Courses
The resort is within a 20 minute drive to 6 major golf courses.
Snow Skiing & Boarding
The resort is within 45 minutes drive to three major ski hills.
Waterfront and/or Beach
Property is a beach front property. Property is near a lake. A coarse sand beach, gradual for a short distance is a 0 minute walk from the property. Located on the beach downtown. There is on site boat moorage available for an additional $30 per day charge.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cash, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Visa

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
