This unit works well for families or executives and is sure to provide for a comfortable stay. The unit is located close to the elevator allowing for quick easy access to all the resort amenities

The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, an exercise room, a library, tennis courts and meeting rooms. The resort is located downtown on Kelowna's water front. It is located next door to fine dining, the casino and the cultural district. It is an outstanding location in the city.

• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. There is on site boat moorage available for an additional $25.00 per day charge.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 10.00/pet/stay will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
