This unit is a park model trailer with a back yard on the water. It is in a sought after tourist park and region. The gated community has four pools and three hot tubs, a golf course, tennis courts, boat rentals, and much more. Some pools and activities are seasonal (please ask when booking if the ones you want are open).

    This unit backs onto the water and has a wonderful backyard where you can sit and watch the ducks, herons and turtles up close. There is three feet of land between our unit and the lake that we are not allowed to walk on but the view is unobstructed.

    • Nearby Attractions: The Okanagan Valley is a tourist mecca with several wineries, water slides, parks, and ski hills. The Kettle valley railway is operational in summer and the area is famous for it's miles of biking and walking trails.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
    The $52.50 Park registration fee to be paid at front gate on arrival at the resort. Remaining rent and damage deposit may be paid on arrival at unit. Those paying by personal cheque must pay complete bill and damage deposit in advance in order for it to clear the bank ahead of arrival.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 16.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Pool heat is included in rates.
