Suite Features This is a top floor luxury unit overlooking Okanagan Lake. It was completely renovated in spring 2008 with new flooring, cabinets with granite counter tops, new ceramic tile in the baths and all new appliances and furniture. Directly adjacent to our unit is a common deck with barbecues lounge chairs and Picnic tables. All amenities of the hotel are included at no extra charge - swimming pool, hot tubs, fitness Centre and free parking for 1 car. Also located in the complex is the Lake City Casino. The resort is located 3 blocks north of downtown Kelowna for shopping restaurants theaters. |

The unit faces west and overlooks Okanagan Lake. The lake has a width of approximately 1 mile at this point. To the west lies the mountains that make up the west edge of the Okanagan Valley. Okanagan Lake floating bridge, Hot Sands Beach, and the Kelowna Yacht Club docks can be seen to the south. To the north views of Kelowna Waterfront Park and the municipal beach walkway are available.

View complex information and photos at The Grand. The resort has a full service spa available to guest. Services include a fitness centre, weight room, and massage therapy. Guests are not charged for pool and gym/fitness, but there is a fee for some spa services. There is also a BBQ in the common area on the same level.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Kelowna and the Okanagan Valley are known for the golf courses. There are quite a few to choose from.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Big White, Silver Star, Crystal and Apex Ski Resorts are all within an hour drive away. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The Resort is located 3 blocks north of downtown Kelowna, a short 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants, art galleries and theatres. Public transit is available within 2 blocks. Taxi service is available from the hotel entrance. • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The Grand is right on the shores of Okanagan Lake. The beach is a five muinute walk form the unit.
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
