The unit faces west and overlooks Okanagan Lake. The lake has a width of approximately 1 mile at this point. To the west lies the mountains that make up the west edge of the Okanagan Valley. Okanagan Lake floating bridge, Hot Sands Beach, and the Kelowna Yacht Club docks can be seen to the south. To the north views of Kelowna Waterfront Park and the municipal beach walkway are available.

Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
